The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a calm area, close to the Albanian Riviera as well as the picture perfect beaches around Ksamil. Loved climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and an electric kettle in the room.

I always stay at a wonderful place by the sea. The staff helped me with directions. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, security, bar, restaurant. Coming back for a trip.

We loved the convenience of the deluxe queen room with WONDERFUL view. Super location and overall the staff was very hospitable and helpful. We had wonderful time at the hotel and would come here again.

Had an amazing time at this villa! The location was absolutely perfect - right on the beach with stunning views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The family who owns the villa were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. I also loved the home-cooked meals at reasonable prices, a real treat!

That the sea was a bit windy during my stay, making it a bit uncomfortable to be near the water. However, this didn't take away from the overall fantastic experience I had at this villa.

I had an amazing stay at this villa with a stunning sea view and private beach. The breakfast was delicious every day and served with a different twist each morning. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available to assist me with any travel advice or requests. The location of the villa was perfect, as it was in a quiet area yet still within walking distance to the city center. There were also plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The owner was so attentive, his wife prepared extraordinary food, and Christina, the housekeeper, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the view from the villa was absolutely breathtaking. We also enjoyed the convenience of the little private beach and the restaurant with its fresh and tasty food. The location of Fabeno Villa in a secluded part of Sarande provided us with the tranquility we were looking for. this was my favorite place to stay in Albania, and I would definitely visit again. I just want to say thank you to the staff of Villa Fabeno for such an amazing experience.
